Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. During the AI diagnostic, we collect the answers you provide to personalize your AI recommendations.
How We Use Your Information
Your answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate personalized recommendations. We store your profile and generated plans in Firebase so you can access them later. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-Party Services
Ailly uses Firebase (by Google) for authentication and data storage, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI-generated recommendations. You may also sign in via Apple or Google. Each service processes data according to their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
Your account data and saved plans are kept until you delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Account section in Settings.
Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Your account is protected by Firebase Authentication. Any API keys you enter are stored in your device's secure Keychain, never in plain text.
Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time using the in-app Settings. For additional requests, contact us at sattar.amaan@gmail.com.
Children's Privacy
Ailly is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
